This page describes how to manage and update the inventory of equipment within the school.

As the SPL doesn't have many school-bought material, we created an internal list, available in `Notion <https://www.notion.so/smartprocesslab/SPL-Inventory-0b1cc946b253448f88fb26e93eea7bb1>`_.
There is two tables, one for listing the not-in-HEI-inventory material and one to reflect the (few) object in the said inventory.

You just have to fill as many field as possible to keep the information as complete as possible ;)
