Find the best Business Model

The most widely used business model canvas is Strategyzer's.

This canvas is very widespread but it is necessary to pay attention to various points so that it is meaningful and allows us to differentiate ourselves during the innosuisse deposits.

1. Separate the BMC into different parts or stages of project progress. This separation can be done for development, production or industrialization and finally sales and marketing.
2. Add key numbers to the BMC, for example the additional revenue generated or the number of new customers.
