How to configure VPN for Linux

This page provides a guide to set up a VPN on Linux.

1. Download and install the followings using the provided links

• Linux VPN client: Link
• Required dependencies: Link

  tar -xf Ivanti_Dependencies-Ubuntu_24_04.tar.gz
  sudo dpkg -i libicu70_70.1-2_amd64.deb
  sudo dpkg -i libjavascriptcoregtk-4.0-18_2.44.3-0ubuntu0.22.04.1_amd64.deb
  sudo dpkg -i libwebkit2gtk-4.0-37_2.44.3-0ubuntu0.22.04.1_amd64.deb
  

• CEF if not automatically included
  

  sudo /opt/pulsesecure/bin/setup_cef.sh install
  

2. Locate CEF app and open it

3. Add manually connection (https://remote.hevs.ch)

4. Connect and login using @hes-so.ch email and password
