Field research - Find Problems#

These documents will help you, in the same way as an investigator, to find or view problems faced by the companies.

This field research can already give some points of attention for the workshop.

The first tool is the costumer journey or experience map,

it is used to find points of friction and possible improvement by discussing with an employee. The goal is to retrace the typical day of the employee to find the pain points.

The second tool is simply a list of notable elements that we observe, photos can be linked. It is interesting to note the questions we have if something does not seem logical to us.
